In-Store Pickup

All online orders are reservations for pickup at 1130 Pacific Ave, Santa Cruz, CA 95060. We do not ship. Orders are typically ready within one hour during business hours and are held for 3 days. Payment is collected in store. The person picking up must be 21+ and present valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order.

Returns & Warranty

• Unused items in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 14 days with a receipt for store credit or refund to the original payment method.
• Glass pipes, water pipes, rigs and other glass are final sale once they leave the store. Please inspect your piece at pickup.
• Vaporizers and electronics are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Bring the device and receipt and we'll help you file a claim.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and never expire.

You must be 21 years of age or older to browse this site or purchase from Pipeline. We verify age at every purchase.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what you give us (name, email, phone) to fulfill pickup orders, reply to messages and, if you opt in, send our newsletter. We never sell your information. You can unsubscribe at any time. This site stores your cart and age confirmation in your browser only.
